Lost WhatsApp Media Files After Switching to New iPhone

Dear Apple Support Team,

I recently switched to a new iPhone and ensured that all my WhatsApp data was successfully backed up to iCloud before making the transition. After setting up the new device, I restored my WhatsApp chats, but unfortunately, I noticed that while the text messages were restored, all my media files (photos, videos, and documents) are missing.

Here are the steps I followed before and during the transition:

1. Confirmed that my WhatsApp backup was up-to-date on iCloud.

2. Signed in with the same Apple ID on the new iPhone.

3. Restored the backup during the WhatsApp setup on the new device.

Despite these precautions, my media files seem to have been lost. This data is extremely important to me, and I am seeking your guidance on how to retrieve it.

Could you please advise if there’s any way to recover my lost WhatsApp media files from iCloud or through any other means? I’d appreciate your support in resolving this issue as soon as possible.
