How do i disable Google passwords manager and have access to my Passwords from my Iphone 13

I have icloud installed on my PC. I would like to access my passwords when i am using my PC. currently I only have access to My Google passwords.

I can sign into Icloud on my PC but cannot approve Passwords and Keychain, I just keep getting the password request, I then add my password, I get a digits from my Iphone to insert, this just continually happens .

I have had this for months and cannot get around it.
