Safari does not lock on the left of my iMac screen

When I try to move the Safari window by clicking and dragging its upper frame to the left, the window immediately jumps to the right. The mouse pointer stays in its original position. When I then try to drag the Safari window to the left again, the window moves, but I can’t drag it fully to the left. Once the mouse pointer reaches the left edge of the screen, the window is positioned in the middle of the screen instead of fully moving left.

It seems the OS believes Safari is on the left side, as all Safari menus appear on the left of the screen and not directly on the window. Occasionally, Safari completely disappears to the right and becomes invisible.

Chrome and other applications works correctly. I do not use any third-party mouse drivers. I have no external display connected, only the original built-in display. My screen resolution is set to the default 2240x1260. OS: Sequoia 15.2 (24C101).
