Photo upload issue from iMac 24 Photo folder

Please, help me to upload a photo from my IMAC 24 Photo folder into a website. I tried different approaches which doesn't work.

Photos doesn't allow for easy finding of a photo in it's library from a browser. So export the photo to the Desktop and then, in the browser, upload to the website.

I open my desired website where I want to upload an image. I try from the photo folder to upload a picture, and it's not possible to attach it.
