I FORGOT MY PASSWORD I AM UNABLE TO MAKE THE CHANGES THE RECOVERY STATUS KEEPS ON CHANGING EVERY 3 DAYS FIRST IT TELL YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD WITHIN 3 DAYS WHEN IT COMES NEAR 30 MINS AGAIN THE STATUS CHANGES FOR 3 DAYS I CANT CHANGE MY PASSWORD MY ALL DEVICES ARE LOCKED FROM MY APPLE WALLET AMOUNTS IS DEDUCTED AS SOME HACKER IS USING MY PHONE KINDLY HELP

There is no way to “recover” an AppleID password; it can only be changed to something you CAN remember.

I contacted apple support for this very thing and the only thing I was told to do was call my network provider to regather my old phone number which I need for a verification code. So much for account recovery letters huh
Also, have you either temporarily blocked your card(s) from use or reported them as stolen?
