My MacBook Pro 2020 is locked

My MacBook Pro 2020 is locked and I can't open it. I was purchased from the store before and it is associated with someone's apple ID.
The guy is not accessible.
How to fix the issue and unlock Pls ?

Macs use industrial strength passwords and encryption, you can't break in.
Contact the store and ask them to help you. If they can not, they sold you a non-working Mac, and you will be forced to return it for a refund.
