Hello, so recently I noticed that I don’t hear any gaming music or sound while I play on my phone. I have turned off my ‘do not disturb’ and my phone vibration is also off and volume is all the way up, but there is still no sound. Is there a way I can fix this or will I have to take it to the store?

Thank you for this information, but I have already tried it. The weird thing is, I don’t hear it from just games. I can make calls on speakerphone, play music or watch videos and the sound is just fine. It’s just with games that there is no sound (and yes, I have checked the games settings)
