Recurring $35 charge during app downloads on Apple iTunes

Anytime I try to download an app. It keeps trying to send my debit card to $35 charge consistently and it’s been like this for the last year please help..

You have a pending charge that was not able to be processed from a previous purchase. That will need to be resolved first before you are able to download any future apps. Since it has been a year, use the second option in this support article to view what the charge is for. It is in the section titled "Find information about older purchases".
