I don’t receive the refund to my card

Hello! I have requested a refund and when I checked the status of the request it is said that I have been refunded for the purchase. However, I did not receive the refund to my card. Could you please suggest what should I do next to get the refund?

Approved refund requests take up to 30 days for most payment methods. Click here for more information.

If it's already been that long, ask your financial institution or the iTunes Store staff.
