Where to find in iPhone settings to allow applications to have permission to use the camera

Look under Privacy & Settings and go to the Camera option. Toggle on the apps shown that you want to have permission to use the camera. Or go to each app under settings that you want to turn the permission on for and toggle the Camera option on.
