Making a Shortcut using UTC Time

Hello! I am currently in the process of making a Timer shortcut used for telling the user their land time from a flight. The user will be asked to input their land time and it will output a timer of when they will land. The input is set to where the time is already in UTC. However whenever Input a time, It's still pulling the current time zone then converting it to UTC. Below is the flow so far and the output below is how many seconds from the input. It should really be 180 Seconds vs 18,180. I input 24DEC24 0138(UTC) but it keeps going off of EST then converting the timing where it's using 0638(UTC). Where am I goofing up? Any ideas?
