I want to buy an iPhone in the USA, how can I know that the cell phone is released for another country?

If you buy the phone in the USA, it will be manufactured for the USA. There are regional differences for iPhones. And iPhone warranty is valid in the country of purchase as Apple can an often does limit warranty coverage outside the country of purchase. And you cannot come to the US and request an iPhone which is for another country. For example US iPhones are eSIM only. Does your carrier in your country support eSIM? If they don't, when you get home you'll have a nice brick you can't get cell service on.
The best advice we can offer you is to ONLY buy your iPhone in the country you live and will use it. It may work in other countries, but the warranty alone should be a major concern to you.

All iPhone models are world phones, so you can use them almost anywhere. Whether you are a GSM or CDMA network customer, you can roam internationally on GSM networks in over 200 countries or regions around the world. Availabilitys of LTE data varies in some countries or regions and depends on carrier support for certain LTE radio frequencies. Contact your wireless carrier for more information regarding international roaming policies and rates.
