I was in a call with my mom and my sister on a group call. This unknown id also showed up as one of the members. I made the call on phone and tried to switch it to Apple TV, not sure if Apple handles TV as a dummy user or if this is someone else!!
If this is not Apple doing it, this maybe a serious security breach.

It's possible that the unknown ID could be related to the device you or other members in the Group calls tried to switch the call to, such as the Apple TV. When you switch calls between devices, sometimes the system might display a placeholder or technical identifier temporarily.
