I recently added some money to my apple account because I thought I would be able to use it the same as cash through Apple Pay and as soon as I added it it got charged for the hole amount that I added for a subscription that I had never heard of before and I got refunded for that subscription and then they added it to my account but every time I try to use it with Apple Pay it says that I can’t use it why and how can this be fixed
