How can I remove my Apple Gift Card from iTunes Store?

If you purchased or were given an Apple Gift Card and redeemed it, you cannot now get the equivalent cash back out. An Apple gift card can only be used for purchases from Apple - for apps, music, movies, or Apple products - and once redeemed cannot be given to someone else.

If that's not what you meant, please post back and clarify what it is you have and what you're trying to "remove" it from.
