System Data taking up over half of storage (130GB +)

MacBook Air (M1, 2020), 8GB memory / 251GB storage. System Data is taking up SO much storage. Over time it has just grown and grown and I'm struggling to use the applications I need. I do plan on upgrading soon, but need an option in the meantime. There is no way it can take up this much storage.

I read a few other threads that said to look in 'Library' under 'Go' when holding the option key. Cache and Application Support are both pretty large, and I know I can't just delete them- but what can I delete?

Adobe is taking up a lot of room within Application Support but I use it often and am worried to delete anything important. Photoshop 2024, InDesign 2022, Illustrator 2022, and XD (no year listed) are in my everyday rotation.
