my customer can not remember his lock screen and bud enough cn not remember his email and password help on than
help me way to restore but in absense of email and password

Are you seeing the Locked to Owner screen? Without the Apple ID and Password, the only way to remove the Activation Lock without those credentials is by providing the original purchase receipt from Apple or Authorized Apple seller and follow the steps provided here.
