I got this new taffstudio MP3 Player and decided to insert some song in it. After I connect the USB-USB C to my port, and connect it to my Player, nothing showed up in my Finder nor desktop. My player is charged when I plug it in, suggesting that my Macbook port shows no problem and it connects to my player. Can anyone help me?

Many USB-A to USB-C cables are ‘charge only’. They don’t carry data.
Make sure you use a cable that’s capable of carrying data.
If you are absolutely positive that the cable you’re using does, and it works with other devices, contact the manufacturer of the device for support.

Are you using the cable that came with the player to connect it to the computer?
Have you tried to connect the player using a different USB cable?
It may be that the player is not compatible with the latest releases of macOS.
You may wish to reach out to the manufacturer for answers.
Check the documentation that came with the player for use and contact info.
I used the one that came with the MP3. I don’t know what happen, and I tried using other cable and still didn’t work
I’m pretty sure this one can be use to transfer data eversince I once used it to other devices
