Trying to add tickets to apple wallet on my iPhone. Received an email with tickets with QR code and add to wallet icon. Clicked the icon and leads me to safari browser. Don't know what the issues is and how to resolve. Issues may be related to recent IOS 18.2 update?
Have you contacted the support team for the ticket issuer? I’m suspecting their links/QR code, but have no way to verify. Their support team may be familiar with the issue.
Yes, have VPN installed. Then uninstalled, reboot, tried again. Then, reset network settings, reboot, tried again.
