Per these instructions, there should be a transaction history tab when I select a card in Wallet & Apple Pay in System Settings. The tab is not there. The workaround, card.apple.com, also does not have a transaction history.
It would be incredibly useful to have access to Apple Card transaction history directly on a Mac.

Do you see a transaction tab for any other cards (non Apple Card Mastercard)?
I just checked "Wallet & Apple Pay" on my Mac Studio computer. What I see is the same as your screen capture, no transactions tab for my Apple Card.
Also, as I recall, card.apple.com will show monthly statements not a list of latest/recent transactions like it does on my iPhone.
The support article you linked to states the Apple Pay transaction. Are you using Apple Pay or using physical card or virtual number on websites? In order to see Apple Pay transactions you have to be using Apple Pay (Tap-To-Pay).
I added a second card to Wallet & Apple Pay on MacOS Sequoia 15.2. After selecting the card, the screen looks exactly the same as the Apple Card. There is no transaction tab.
I don’t have a Mac to check it on. But the instructions for iPad and iPhone are accurate. Can you provide a screen shot of what you’re seeing?

It would be highly beneficial if this feature were added.
All transactions originate from Apple Pay, primarily Tap-To-Pay transactions from my iPhone. All transactions are visible in iOS and iPadOS.
I have not used Touch ID on my Mac for transactions.
