Change FaceTime Contact Information

I began using FaceTime with a contact using their email. I now need to change that contact's FaceTime to call their already-entered mobile phone number instead of that email, but cannot figure out how. How do I update their contact so that it sends FaceTime calls to their mobile number and not their email? I have looked all over the Contact and the FaceTime app and cannot find the option.
