How can I recover access to my app subscription from the App Store?
so basically, i wanted a guitar learning app, payed subscription, i forgot my password, changed it, then i switched emails, and now i can’t do anything, it’s telling me to sign into my account to go over billing options despite having a debit card already hooked up, i look on my bank and the only funds that are on hold are the ones from another subscription, no money has been taken out, nothing else is on hold, then on my billing stuff it also says that my card is failed, so now i literally can’t do any downloading, i can only update apps, please help me
