Charged $6.99 for 200GB iCloud storage

I had purchased 200GB of iCloud storage for $3.49, now I'm getting a $6.99 charge. I blocked my card because it wanted to charge me twice a month. What's happening and why?

To see what the charges are for, you need to use this link:

View your purchase history for the App Store and other Apple media services - Apple Support


Everything you posted just shows the amount that is being charged. If you use the link that I have now provided for the third time, it will show you what the charges are for. There are 2 methods to view what you are being charged for in that link, the first is by going to the report website, and the second is by viewing them in the App Store app.
