Why does my Apple Watch say "Unable to verify update"?

Hi! What can I do if it always says "Unable to verify update. You are not connected to the internet" though I am connected to it? Also, I have tried different ways to update my Apple Watch SE2. I reset the watch and nothing still happened. I tried restarting both of my devices as well as our router. I even went to my friend's house to install the update, but, nothing happened. I tried to do the whole process again for like 10x now and still nothing happened. Also, I can't use the watch without installing the update so if I can't install the update it will be useless. What can I do now?

Have you got any space left on the watch (as in storage). Check that: If your Apple Watch storage is full - Apple Support

And also have you tried updating the Apple Watch from the Watch app on your iPhone. You can find the Software Update window under General

Yes, it definitely has storage becase we did hard reset it.

I am updating the watch from the iPhone since that's the only way I can update make use of the watch, because the choices that I got from the iPhone was only "update now" and "skip and exit the setup" that's why I can't use the watch if I can't install the update😭
