I can't remove apps from the App Store
When I want to download an app from the App Store it says it is not available in your country and I run the VPN.

That makes no sense at all.

Delete the VPN, that is your problem. VPNs will usually show your location in a different region of the world that you are actually in, it's showing you are located in an area of the world where that app isn't available.
