Malfunctioning M1 Pro MacBook

I have an issue with my 14” M1 Pro MacBook. For some unknown reason, it’s not functioning properly. Nothing is working on the device—neither the trackpad, keyboard, nor display. I can only use it through external peripherals, requiring me to connect an external display, keyboard, and mouse. The internal display only works when plugged in, as if it’s stuck in clamshell mode, even though the lid is open. Resetting or restarting the device does not resolve the issue.
