Deterioration of the active noise cancellation

I've been using headphones with ANC function for a long time. When I first bought and started using the airpods pro gen1, I was blown away by the capabilities of the ANC feature. There were no extraneous sounds. And even high-frequency sounds were not successfully extinguished. But over time, I started to notice that after the updates, the noise reduction started to work weaker and weaker over time. And even when I bought the Airpods Max, after the 4E update, the ANC function began to work twice as well. At first, I was sure that it was just my feelings and I was just used to this feature, but no. At the moment, the noise cancellation in apple headphones works equally or worse than that of competitors. What the ****, apple? I demand that you allow the old firmware to be fixed, or that you return to truly normal ANC. Explain why you are degrading the functionality that people expect when buying your devices.
