Unable to change text color when editing pictures in Photos app on iPhone

I goes to Photos -> Chooses one picture to edit -> Adds text into the picture -> Changes color for the text -> system does not allow me to change the color.

ps: i wish i could post the clip to show how the error happens. I dont know why I cannot add the screenshot recording into here ( maybe large capacity)
