Sticking keys on iPhone 16 Pro Max

I will be typing an it seems that the keys will stick. I’ll tap the key multiple times an it just freezes no letter will be typed, I tap the key a bit

harder then harder again an the letter will appear. Have done a soft reset, did not help, tried a different keyboard, no help. It happens very sporadically an others have typed on phone an still happens so not just”operator error” HELP
