tiny font in de.wikipedia.org on Safari

Since perhaps the Sequoia 15.2 (24C101) update, only on German wikipedia and only in Safari, the main text is tiny. 'cmd +' scales some things but not the main text, see screenshot. Other languages are fine, other browsers are fine as well. The font increases slightly if I maximize "Never use font sizes smaller than 24 pt" in Preferences > Advanced, but still way smaller than the links. I cleared the cache many times and also rebooted. Is there something one could do?
