Permanently delete group text messages from coming in on my iPhone
How do i Permanently REMOVE MYSELF from Group Chats W/O deleting each person contact information from my phone !? Just from the chats that keep showing up!? Thx

you can remove yourself with ios 16 os long as it is group imessage as outline in the previous link and this link Leave a group text message thread on your iPhone or iPad - Apple Support
