Difficulty transferring number and service
I just received an iPhone 14+ and I went to transfer my phone number and service to it from my iPhone 11. I went to do the eSIM transfer but received an error message saying that my SIM card was not compatible. Afterwards I went to follow the instructions that came with the box to set it up through straight talk, I selected the option to keep my old phone number and completed the process. But now neither the old or new phone have service, and only the old one has my phone number listed
