Ultra Wide Landscape Camera for FaceTime on iPad m4

I accidentally flipped my back camera and then it won’t go back to ultra wide anymore. And I don’t mean I wanna turn on center stage, I want to turn on the ultra wide camera itself for FaceTime and I seriously cannot find a solution, and I don’t wanna factory reset my iPad because that will do nothing. A lot of other people seem to struggle with this problem too.

You have perhaps enabled the Centre Stage function that automatically crops the ultra-wide camera frame.


Open the FaceTime App - and then access the Control Centre by swiping-down from the top-right corner of the screen:




Next, select FaceTime Controls from the top of the Control Centre (highlighted above). This will expose an additional set controls where you can configure audio and video settings; Centre Stage is enable/disabled by tapping the corresponding button:
