I’m having to reset network settings on my new iPhone because it’s not letting me ring out or letting incoming calls in my phone is the same as my old one (model iPhone 13) soon as I reset network settings it works but stops after a while again. When I ring someone it’s just silent and when someone rings me it’s ringing on their end but not on my phone im puzzled

Let’s see what the carrier has to say, and if we need to we can explore some more obscure settings.
Cellular providers use custom firmware in each device, so a SIM card in your iPhone may behave differently than the same SIM card in another device.
You said the same calling out behavior has occurred on two different iPhones and that’s not normal. But a defective SIM card in two devices that are the same, indicates the SIM card could be the issue.
Do you use Wi-Fi calling or cellular service for incoming and outgoing calls? Are you using a micro SIM card or eSIM?

I haven’t contacted them as my SIM card works fine in my friends iPhone so don’t think it’s a network issue thanks
