Pages undo facing pages

How do I undo facing pages on Mac book pro

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 14.6

It is not an automatic operation.

  • Document panel > uncheck Facing Pages
  • Toolbar > Zoom Control > Single page
  • Resize your Pages document width by clicking on the right edge of the window and dragging left to restore a normal single-page view.
    • This should be automatic when the first bullet is performed but has been this way for over a decade.
