Greyed-out 'Find My' in Apple Account on iPhone

find my isnt working and asks me to sign in. when i do click sign it it brings me to my apple account and "icloud family information is not availabe find my" is greyed out and i cant click it

My icloud and find my iphone are greyed out My iCloud and find my iPhone are greyed out. I’ve got no restrictions set through screen time and no parental controls. This is on an iPhone 13 with up to date software. Also my phone has t backed up for 6 weeks which could be related.

Find My not working after I switch between iCloud accounts i switch between iCloud accounts to get some picture from my one account and to also regain access to one of my subscription but when I switch over I realized after a while that I’m not able to look the location of my family and friends anymore but I previously was able to I’m not sure what is going on but if anyone could help that would be great thanks [Re-Titled by Moderator]

Settings > Screen Time > Content & Privacy Restrictions > Account Changes > [Allow]
