I accidentally deleted a purchased app because my iPad started to bug and I saw I have the same app twice, I checked my purchase history, Nothing, Wanna know why? Because I got that app on a different Apple ID that I was just using from a family member. So I hope there is a way where I can get it back without paying for it again!

Sorry, but you will have to purchase it again unless your can join a Family Sharing group with that other person in the group and the app is one that can be shared.
