Getting scammed by Hint Astrology

Has anyone had any luck with refund from Hint Astrology? I just got scammed $300 plus and it’s actually causing me stress right now. I had tried contacting them but no replies and same old “no refund policy”. I’ve contacted my bank for a disputed transaction so hopefully they’ll help, but just wanted to see if anyone has had any luck recently.

For apps on the Apple app store, you can try using reportaproblem.apple.com.
You can also attempt to dispute the transaction with your bank.
If you believe that the app is truly fraudulent you can also contact the office of consumer affairs or similar office in the state that the app maker's company is located in.
