New cannon MG3650S. Have an EERO mesh system for WiFi and home. I cannot seem to set up WiFi or connect printer or get new printer downloaded and installed on MacBook and the bloody printer box comes with a dvd ! Anyone help

A Canon MG3650 is listed in About AirPrint - Apple Support as a supported printer.
Provided that the printer and your iMac computer are connected to the same network (Wi-Fi router), it should be possible to print without additional software/drivers. However, connecting to an EERO mesh system may be problematic in some cases.

After double-checking all settings/connections, you may want to try a full power-cycle sequence (do not forget the Wi-Fi router):
You could perhaps check whether a printer firmware update has been made available by Canon.
An iPhone/iPad can be used as an AirPrint "test tool", if necessary.

You need to get the printer on your local network. Usually there are several options for this, but I usually select the network and enter the password; this printer also has a WPS button that handles this automatically. Otherwise, this can be done through a setup utility (which you can download from Canon).
Canon says this about this printer:

Note the sections above that I highlighted. It is not clear to me that a modern Mac running Sequoia is supported by Canon for this device. But as Jan noted, you may be able to use it without the Canon setup/drivers.
That said, you do need to get it logged in to your network/router.
