How is possible for my sister to open my phone with her face when its only my face ID is on the phone !!!! Is that considered as security!!!! Thats really not acceptable I didn’t spend that much money for this security

It is possible that Face ID might unlock the device for you and your sister if the two of you have very similar looks (and if you're twins, that's even more possible). Reset Face ID settings and change your passcode to make sure your sister doesn't know it, then see if she can still unlock it. If she still can unlock it, then you and your sister look alike enough so Face ID cannot distinguish difference between two of you. While quite secure, Face ID and similar biometric security systems are not perfect.
If it continues to be an issue, you can turn off Face ID and just use your passcode.

Now … see if your sister can STILL unlock your phone.
If so, congrats; you two are indeed statistical anomalies. 🎉
