iPhone 14 dropped calls and Voicemail issues on iOS 18

My iPhone 14 keeps dropping calls and even won’t let me make phone calls. Everything is up-to-date think on iOS 18 something. When people do call me half the time it goes straight to voicemail because I don’t even hear it ring. Yes, my volume is up and it is not on vibrate. I know some companies can direct it straight to voicemail but when your kid calls and wants to talk to you, it’ll go straight to voicemail. If I have an emergency or if somebody else has an emergency and can’t get a hold of me, I’m gonna be one.P*^^ed person. Anyone know why this keeps happening? Didn’t happen with iOS 17

I can understand that, however they are the ones that handle calls. Maybe have them reset your account and see if it helps. Before you do that, you can go into your device and go to Settings>General>Transfer or Reset iPhone. Then tap on Reset and then Reset Network Settings. Understand that will reset network and wi-fi passwords, but generally will clear any residual issues you may experience. If you continue to have issues after that, then you need to contact the carrier again as I said at first. Good luck.

I contacted them last week, kept losing internet and phone. I asked if there was an outage, they said no. They looked at things, came back on line and just said if it continues to call back, they see nothing wrong on their end. Called again, same answer. Then they said it must be my phone. Told them my phone was brand-new there is nothing wrong with it. You’re the carrier you’re the reason I get dropped calls and loss of Internet. Just frustrating
