Apple Watch cardio fitness/Apple watch VO2 max inaccurate?
I am finding that my most demanding work-outs receive the lowest cardio fitness ratings (never mind my swim work-outs that don't even register-my biggest beef). My easiest walks provide data for the most impressive VO2 max results! LOL
Is there a logical explanation for this?
Any word on when Apple Watch will include swim work-outs in the VO2 max calculation?
