Me and my wife both own Apple Watch, however my iPhone is paired with Apple Watch for my data sync. We are not sure how to get her Apple Watch data sync to happen, will it work with my iPhone at the same time for two Apple Watches? If not can we make it pair with iPad? We got iPad and iPad mini at home. Please help clarify

It cannot pair or sync with ipad.
Iphone can pair with two watches but not worn at the same time, so not an option first daily use.
She ideally needs her own compatible iphone and her own Apple account ID
She could have her own Apple Account and pair to your iphone as a "kids" watch but with very limited functionality, things like workout calories, heart and blood ox will not operate.
PS the family member watch must have cellular connectivity, and in UK for example, only one company EE provides that. Without it she really needs het own iphone. iphone SE 2022 are on the way out and discounted now.
