Why does my Apple Watch cause wrist pain?

I was going outside a mall and the weather was freezing then I started to feel a very strong pain from my Apple Watch in my wrist, I took it off immediately and it was flashing green lights, I don’t know the reason and I want to know if anyone had the same situation with his Apple Watch.

Can Apple Watch cause wrist pain? Hello so I wear my watch faithfully, I do not wear it tight, it’s not causing a rash or any visible irritation, but internally I’m feeling joint pain where the bubble rests upon my wrist. I tested my theory out by removing my watch for a couple days and the pain started to go away, so later on I put it back on and the joint pain returned after a half day (6hrs) of wear… it’s very painful! Apple Watch causing nerve damage Why am I experiencing pain and numbness in my wrist and left hand and left arm from wearing my Apple Watch when I take it off the pain and numbness decreases but still comes periodically from time to time when I put my watch back on it intensifies again I’ve never had this before prior to wearing an Apple Watch. I wear my Apple Watch most of every day. I only take it off to sleep. Is anyone else experiencing any of these symptoms?

Green lights are the heart monitor, harmless LEDs.

Wear it a notch looser maybe, and wear longer gloves or your sweater sleeves over the watch, to protect your watch and your skin from frostbite.
