Iphone 16 pro max camera reflection

I captured this photo at standard, raw settings during night time, and I noticed that every photo has this certain kind of “reflection ”. I dont know if this is completely normal or there is a problem with my lens since this is just my first time trying this camera at night. 


If not, what are the common causes of this issue and how to remedy this.

Completely normal. You see it a lot when people take pictures at concerts, where the subject is spotlighted. The moon does it, too. Modern cameras have multiple lenses, and light reflects back and forth from the surface of each lens. This is dramatically reduced by clever lens coatings, so it only shows up with intense points of light.


You can quickly get rid of the reflections with the "Clean Up" tool-- I used Photos on my Mac:
