Can I update my 4th Gen iPad beyond iPadOS 10.3?
Just want to know if 4th gen iPad can be updated higher that 10.3 and how to achieve this if possible. Thanks.

An iPad 4 isn't capable of 11 or above; they require an A7 or better CPU. To install 10.3.3 or 10.3.4, use a computer or the Software Update function in Settings.
