Its been a couple month since i brough my mid 2022 macbook air and i wanted to download roblox youtube gmails app and other stuff but i can't download any games that i like or thats good and why is the youtube app not downloadble like it not even shown in my app store list

You should be able to download Roblox on your Mac. So if you go to your browser and search Roblox Download. Then the first option should be Download Roblox. If you click on that it will bring you to a page and you should be able to click where it says "Download Mac App"

All three apps you mention are not available for download on a Mac through the Mac App Store, only on iOS/iPadOS (iPhone and iPad). To use YouTube on a Mac, you need to the web version of YouTube. The same with GMail. Roblox is a game that does not run in a browser. Seems although there is a downloadable Mac version of it as mentioned by @Landon1307 below.
