Custom Colour Filter on Apple Watch?

Hi, i’ve noticed a lack of accessibility options with watchOS that I feel like should be an option since it’s available for iPhone. I’m referring to the custom “Colour Tint” option that appears on iPhone but not on my apple watch. I don’t know if this is the best place to ask about this or request it to be updated but I feel like it’s such a simple mechanic that should be easy to implement since it’s already and option on the iPhone. I know a lot of dyslexic people who are able to read better with a custom colour filters over text, and on such a small screen it would only make sense in my opinion. Again, i’m not sure if this is the best place to ask but I thought i’d make a post about it and shoot my shot. Thanks
