iPhone locked after installing unsupported eSIM

my phone is a locked phone but I mistakenly installed another networks esim and it has locked the phone because it says not supported anything i try activating it and i cant also access it to delete the esim. i have tried restoring it with itunes but afterwards it’s still the same. So for about two weeks now I can’t use my new phone. Does anyone knows how to delete the esim while factory restore with iTunes or anything that will delete the esim?

As suggested by Lawrence Finch, are you able to use the iPhone without activating your Carrier? If no, there could be a deeper issue.

Try this -->  If you can't update or restore your iPhone or iPod touch. You can put your iOS device in recovery mode, then restore it using your computer.

To be able to use any SIM across the globe you must have "No SIM Restriction" against Network Provider Lock. Please refer to the pic below.

Carrier Lock:- Request your iPhone’s original Carrier to unlock your iPhone and if they agree and do it, then you may know the further process here --> How to unlock your iPhone for use with a different carrier ...

After all the factory settings restore that I have done this is as far as I can go after trying to set it up as new I can still see the sim sign on the right corner top of the iPhone and when it gets to the activation part it’s says unsupported sim and I have tried restoring it over ten times it’s the same result over and over so I want to ask after factory restore with iTunes the esim still remains on the iPhone?
