iPhone 5c is on iOS 10.3.4

I have a iPhone 5c which is on IOS 10.3.4

And.....it will stay on iOS 10.3.4 because the 5c is not qualified for any additional updates.

10.3.4 is one bug fix release higher than the Maximum OS that MacTracker shows for the iPhone 5c (10.3.3). So the OP may have discovered a rare case where MacTracker's database has a small mistake.

Note that the iPhone 5c was introduced over 11 years ago, and has a 32-bit processor. My understanding is that iOS 11 and above are 64-bit only, explaining the phone's inability to update past iOS 10.

At least it has coverage of some LTE bands. In many parts of the world, carriers have shut down their 2G and 3G cellular networks, making any 2G/3G-only cell phone useless for placing or receiving cellular phone calls.
